1. General Provisions & Definitions

This terms and conditions document forms a legal agreement between the 883v platform ("Platform", "Website", or "Service") and its users ("User", "Member", or "Player"). 883v is an online gaming and betting platform serving the Bangladesh market.

The key terms used in this document are defined as follows:

• Platform: The 883v website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• Account: The personal user account assigned to each registered member.
• Balance: The amount of real money deposited in an account.
• Bonus Balance: Additional credits granted through bonuses, cashback, or promotions.
• Wagering Requirement: The specified amount that must be wagered before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on the 883v platform and use gaming or betting services, users must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Must have a valid mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) registered in their own name.
• Must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions.
• Must not be subject to any legally imposed restrictions.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Each user may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and current.

883v may request KYC verification at any time. If identity verification is not completed within the specified timeframe, withdrawal access may be temporarily suspended.

3. Account Security & Responsibility

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. You are responsible for following the guidelines below:

• Do not share your password with anyone and keep it stored securely.
• Use a strong password that is not easy to guess.
• Do not leave your device unattended while logged in on a public or shared device.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify 883v support immediately.

883v is not liable for third-party account access or unauthorized transactions, unless they result from a technical fault on the platform itself.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing funds on the 883v platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket only.
• The account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If KYC verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• The required wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 About Rocket

Rocket is a mobile financial service from Dutch-Bangla Bank. Like other payment methods, deposits from ৳200 and withdrawals from ৳1,000 are available via Rocket.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total playing balance of ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳15,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total playing balance of ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the actual deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period, which is clearly stated at the time the offer is announced.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement has been met.
• Any attempt to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• 883v reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to betting and gaming on the 883v platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game or betting session is interrupted due to a technical fault, 883v will settle that round in accordance with the applicable rules.
• 883v is not liable for any losses caused by software errors or third-party server issues.
• The use of any automated betting software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes, ensuring fair play.

In the sports betting section, 883v reserves the right to make decisions regarding the acceptance and settlement of bets at its own discretion. In the event of a dispute over the outcome of an event, the official result of the relevant authority will be considered final.

7. VIP & Loyalty Program

The 883v VIP program has five tiers, with the weekly cashback rate increasing at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your overall activity and participation on the platform. 883v reserves the right to modify the detailed terms of cashback and VIP benefits at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 883v platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automation software, or any other artificial means.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's servers or databases.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or a minor.

883v reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit the balance without prior notice if any of these prohibitions are violated.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

883v reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in the terms and conditions.
• Providing false or incorrect information during the KYC verification process.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions.
• A directive from a legal authority or a court order.
• The user themselves requests account closure.

If the user requests account closure, any valid balance will be returned after verification. However, the balance of an account closed due to a breach of terms may be forfeited.

10. Responsible Gaming

883v believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment. The platform is committed to ensuring responsible gaming. Users can make use of the following protection measures for themselves:

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Temporarily suspend the account for a set period (cooling-off period).
• Self-Exclusion — excluding yourself from the platform for a defined period of time.

• Loss caused by server downtime or technical errors from third-party game providers.
• Disruption to gaming sessions or bets due to internet connection failure.
• Account loss due to the user's own negligence or password sharing.
• Issues arising from the user providing false information.

In any case, 883v's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the deposit in your account at that time.

13. Dispute Resolution

Complaint resolution process:

3. If both parties cannot agree, a resolution will be sought through mutual discussion.
